Dian is an inclusive & LGBT-affirming therapist based in Singapore. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Greenwich University, and completed her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology in the Netherlands. Dian is an Indonesian national who has lived in the Netherlands, United Kingdom, Malaysia, and Singapore, and is familiar with challenges one might experience during changes and transitions to a new location. She practices Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and is passionate about using a person-centred approach to work with her clients’ innate strength and resources in navigating new or difficult circumstances.
Dian offers therapy services to adolescents and adults in the areas of anxiety, depression, interpersonal issues, adjustment to life changes (e.g., retirement, grief, etc), & caregiving-related concerns.
Having worked for several years in the social service sector in Singapore, Dian has been highly supportive of the older adults/ elderly, including those with dementia. She has received intermediate training on dementia from Community Psychogeriatric Programme by Changi General Hospital and is a strong advocate for quality of life and mental wellbeing for all ages.
