Our services vary from others insofar as, in addition to other dimensions (such as relational, political and leadership styles), we also focus on each client’s inner world, helping clients to break entrenched self-defeating patterns of behaviour. To help clients master these skills, we facilitate an increased self-knowledge and Emotional Intelligence (EQ), such that clients can be better placed to regulate themselves effectively from within, being aware of their inner dynamics to respond to the external circumstances more effectively, thereby expressing their peak performance and actualising their fullest potential at work and in life.
